Abstract:
To provide a press brake control device which can be attached to a press brake by further properly taking out a metal mold which is set by metal mold layout data from a metal mold accommodation chamber.SOLUTION: A metal mold for use in bending a sheet metal is selected, and metal mold layout data including a metal mold ID of the selected metal mold, attachment position information, and accommodation place information in a metal mold accommodation chamber are created in advance. A display control part 202 controls a display part 51 to display information indicating an accommodation place of the metal mold. A metal mold collation part 208 collates the metal mold ID which is read by an operator by taking out the metal mold from the metal mold accommodation chamber by using a reading machine with a metal mold ID of the metal mold which is included in the metal mold layout data. When the read metal mold ID does not coincide with the metal mold ID of any of the metal mold included in the metal mold layout data, the display control part 202 controls the display part 51 to display a message that the metal mold which is taken out by the operator is an improper metal mold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
