PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press device and a manufacturing method of a molding, capable of manufacturing the molding having two flanges and a vertical through-hole from a solid cylindrical body by one-time forging process.SOLUTION: A press device comprises a lower metal mold liftably provided by a first driving device to a bed, a lower punch liftably provided by a second driving device to the lower metal mold by vertically penetrating through the lower metal mold, an upper metal mold liftably provided by a third driving device to the bed, an upper punch liftably provided by a fourth driving device to the upper metal mold by vertically penetrating through the upper metal mold, a split metal mold independently movable in the orthogonal direction to the lifting direction between the upper metal mold and the lower metal mold, and a control device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
