Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability by preventing each roller piece from breaking for a long term.SOLUTION: A pressing roller 1 presses a surface 2s of a tire member 2 formed of an un-vulcanized rubber member. The pressing roller 1 includes: a support shaft 6; and a plurality of elastically deformable roller pieces 7 supported by the support shaft 6 and aligned in an axial direction of the support shaft 6. Respective roller pieces 7 include a pressing surface 19 coming into contact with the surface 2s of the tire member 2. Respective roller pieces 7 are supported by the support shaft 6 so as to be rotatable independently from one another.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
