To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet for retarding the curing of concrete for a tile pointing construction method having excellent adhesive strength and humidity resistance or water resistance while keeping a concrete curing retardation capacity and also excellent in hand cutting properties or dimensional stability.

The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape for retarding the curing of concrete is constituted by laminating an aqueous pressure-sensitive adhesive composition, which contains an acrylic resin aqueous emulsion (A) obtained by emulsion polymerization using a reactive emulsifier and a concrete curing retarder (B), on a cloth-like base material formed by crossing the linear materials obtained by uniaxially stretching a thermoplastic resin.
