CONSTITUTION: When a winding tube T around which a fixed amount of filament is wound is detached from winding creadles 33L, 33R and doffed, the filament is removed from a main waste roller 23 by winding the end of the filament wound around the main waste roller 23 around a sub waste device 69 provided in the other place, after that the running filament is once wound around the main waste roller 23 provided near the winding cradles 33L, 33R and doffed.
