The job execution management unit, when the first delivery completion time by the self-traveling image formation apparatus having a priority function is shorter than the second delivery completion time by the self-traveling image formation apparatus without the priority function, and the difference between the first delivery completion time and the second delivery completion time is less than the prescribed time, selects the self-traveling image formation apparatus without the priority function.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
