Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the average printing time by performing loss of synchronization resolving processing at the start of the next driving only in a case where loss of synchronization might occur with displacement of the positions between a rotor and a stator of a stepping motor from a prescribed physical relationship.SOLUTION: A printer control device 1 comprises: a motor stop time sheet conveyance detection part 2 and a motor control part 3. The motor stop time sheet conveyance detection part 2 detects conveyance of a continuous sheet 5 at the time of stop of a stepping motor 7 for driving a drive mechanism 6 brought into contact with the continuous sheet 5 to convey the continuous sheet 5 as wrong conveyance. The motor control part 3 resolves the loss of synchronization of the stepping motor 7 by executing loss of synchronization resolving processing on the stepping motor 7 at the start of the next driving of the stepping motor 7 when the wrong conveyance is detected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
