Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make it possible to smoothly perform proof work, in such a case that the predetermined Q-number or less of characters are present in outputted printed matter, by succeedingly outputting printed matter wherein the size of said characters is enlarged to a discernible size. CONSTITUTION:When the predetermined Q-number or less of characters are discriminated by a Q-number discrimination part 30, a discrimination signal is sent to a selection part 31. An image forming part 32 reads the character pattern corresponding to inputted character data from a character generator 33 and enlarges the same in magnification making the preset predetermined Q-number of characters discriminable to write the enlarged character data in page memory 35. When the character data corresponding to outputted paper is written, the reading of the character data is subsequently performed. A printing part 9 outputs printed matter 2 with the same mode as a photocomposing machine to the character data. When the reading of the predetermined character data is completed, a selection part 31 selects a counter 37 when the predetermined Q-number or less of characters were outputted to the outputted character data and printed matter 3, wherein the predetermined number or less characters were enlarged in discriminable magnification, is outputted in succession to the printed matter 2.
