Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a privacy authentication system capable of guaranteeing compatibility with multiple hierarchized privacy policies in the case of data access in a cross border manner, a privacy authentication method and a privacy authentication program.SOLUTION: In a privacy authentication system 1, privacy authentication stations 10 are provided as multiple hierarchized structures. A lowest-order privacy authentication station 11 in the hierarchized structures generates a privacy certificate including a signature by using a public key of an application and its own private key and transmits the generated privacy certificate to an intermediate privacy authentication station 12 together with its own public key. The intermediate privacy authentication station 12 verifies the signature of the privacy certificate that is received from the lower-order station, by using the public key that is received together, updates the privacy certificate by adding a signature thereto while using the received public key and its own private key and transmits the privacy certificate to a route privacy authentication station 13 together with its own public key.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
