Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a private branch exchange and a technique capable of identifying whether a terminal is in movement or not.SOLUTION: A private branch exchange in an embodiment includes a control unit. When the private branch exchange in which a position of a PHS terminal is registered receives a piece of information relevant to a movement from a PHS terminal, the control unit registers status information of the PHS terminal as in moving. When the position of the PHS terminal is registered by another private branch exchange, the control unit receives a piece of information relevant to the positional registration of the PHS terminal from the other private branch exchange, and cancels the registration of the status information of the PHS terminal in movement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
