PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a privilege management system, a privilege management method, a privilege management device and a privilege management program for applying a privilege to a purchaser of a voting ticket of a publicly managed competition.SOLUTION: A point management system 1 comprises: a voting ticket issuance device 100 for issuing a voting ticket of a publicly managed competition; and a point management device 200 for performing processing for applying a privilege to a purchaser of the voting ticket. The voting ticket issuance device 100 comprises a biological information acquisition part 143 for acquiring biological information of the purchaser, from the purchaser of the voting ticket. The point management device 200 comprises: an authentication processing part 243 for performing authentication processing to the purchaser using the biological information acquired by the voting ticket issuance device 100; and a calculation part 242 for applying the privilege to the purchaser who is authenticated by the authentication processing part 243.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
