Title:
A process of composite sheet material
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP5948544
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet material which has practical strength while retaining advantages of a nonwoven fabric composed of fine cellulose fiber, including fine pore diameters, high heat resistance, resistance to organic solvents and high liquid permeability as well as possible, is produced by a film production method in an aqueous system and can complement disadvantages of the nonwoven fabric, including low water resistance.SOLUTION: A composite sheet material has a basis weight of 5-100 g/m, contains a cellulose microfibril (ingredient A) of a number average fiber diameter of 2-300 nm and one or more filler material (ingredient B) selected from inorganic particles, polymer particles, inorganic fibers and polymer fibers, in a fraction of ingredient A of 30-90 wt.%. The composite sheet material has an air permeation resistance at the basis weight of 10 g/mof 10-965 s/100 cc, a tensile strength of 0.50 kgf/15 mm or higher and a film thickness of 40.6 μm or smaller and is produced from an aqueous dispersion by paper-making and drying without intervention of an organic solvent.
