Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing method of a bearing high in productivity.SOLUTION: The processing method of the bearing 4 comprises: a process for heat-treating the vicinity of a root of a pressure-insertion part 4a which is pressure-inserted into a bearing 3 of the bearing 4; a process for forming a recess 4d so as to straddle a boundary between a portion applied with heat treatment in the pressure-insertion part 4a and the other portion; and a process for cutting the pressure-insertion part 4a. Here, in the process for cutting the pressure-insertion part 4a, it is preferable to change a cutting condition of the portion applied with the heat treatment in the pressure-insertion part 4a and a cutting condition of the other portion in the pressure-insertion part 4a.
