PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine tool capable of shortening a processing time; and to provide a processing method by the machine tool.SOLUTION: A machine tool 1 includes a spindle unit 10 for gripping and simultaneously rotating a workpiece W, a first tool unit 55 for processing the workpiece W by having a contact with the workpiece W rotated by the spindle unit 10, a rear spindle unit 70 moved toward the spindle unit 10, and receiving the workpiece W from the spindle unit 10, and a first loader unit 80 linked to the rear spindle unit 70, for supplying the workpiece W to the spindle unit 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
