Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal foil preventing paste or the like from turning around into an opposite side when applied, while having through-holes along a thickness direction.SOLUTION: The metal foil 1 is formed dispersedly with a plurality of through-holes 2 within a principal plane 1f, and each of the plurality of through-holes 2 is formed inclinedly with respect to the thickness direction (z), in order to prevent a projection image, which is perpendicular to the principal plane 1f onto the other face 1fR of an opening part 1aF in one face 1fF, from overlapping with an opening part 2aR in the other face 1fR.
