Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heavy oil processing system that realizes excellent operation stability of RH apparatus and RFCC apparatus while saving energy by hot charge.SOLUTION: Provided is a heavy oil processing system: having a heavy oil direct desulfurizing unit, a rundown cooler, a desulfurized heavy oil tank, and a heavy oil fluidized catalytic cracker at least in order; having a prescribed hot charge line and recycle line; and at the same time of recycling the desulfurized heavy oil through a recycling line, supplying to the heavy oil fluidized catalytic cracker by bypassing the rundown cooler and the desulfurized heavy oil tank through a hot charge line.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
