PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposal apparatus which is small-sized and highly efficient, and is capable of incinerating garbage of ununiform moisture contents and combustion speeds and recycling obtained ash.SOLUTION: A garbage disposal apparatus 1 includes a drying part 20 for drying collected garbage, a combustion device 6 for combusting the garbage dried in the drying part 20, and a heat transfer part 30 for conducting combustion heat generated in the combustion device 6 to the drying part 20. The drying part 20 is provided around the combustion device 6.
