Abstract:
To provide a treatment apparatus and a treatment method with which a filter is not easily clogged by preventing the capture by the filter of a vaporized material contained in a gas passing through an exhaust gas passage.
Since the vaporized material such as zinc contained in the gas passing through the exhaust gas passage 21 is caught by depositing into a retort 32, the filter 23 becomes clogging-resistant when the capture of the deposited vaporized material by the filter 23 is prevented by inserting the recovery unit 30 in the fore stage of the filter 23 such as a ceramic filter or a HEPA filter.
