Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing line which inhibits occurrence of cracks and creases even when press molded articles having a step part in a top plate part is manufactured by using a high strength steel sheet.SOLUTION: A manufacturing line includes: a first press machine 51; and a second press machine 52 disposed at a downstream side of the first press machine 51. The first press machine 51 includes a first punch 21, a first die 22 and a first pad 23. The first punch 21 has a first tip part 21a, a first punch wall part 21b and a punch flat part 21c. The second press machine 52 includes a second punch 31, a second die 32 and a second pad 33. The second punch 31 has a second tip part 31a and a second punch wall part 31b. A height of the second punch wall part 31b of the second press machine 52 is twice or more as large as a height of the first punch wall part 21b which is located adjacent to the first tip part 21a of the first punch 21 of the first press machine 51, which forms a lower step part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 16
