Abstract:
PURPOSE: To perform printing being almost an ideal imparting a stable printing shape and eliminate the insufficinecy of ink even when mounting density becomes high and a printing area becomes small to enhance reliability.
CONSTITUTION: A squeezee 14 used in order to print cream solder 2 is composed of a rigid member and arranged so that the tip thereof comes into contact with the metal mask 12 arranged on a substrate at the time of the printing of cream solder.
