To provide a method for producing a hard twist yarn fabric capable of forming clear uneven pattern.

This hard twist yarn fabric is formed with a plane part 1 consisting of a surface tissue 5 and a reverse tissue 9 both consisting of warp yarns and weft yarns, a hard twist yarn (a) positioning between the surface tissue 5 and reverse tissue 9, and a doup yarn 10 for entangling with the hard twist yarn (a) and the surface and reverse surface both tissues 5, 9 to integrate 3 parties as one unit, and a protruded part 2 formed by rising the surface caused by releasing the hard twist yarn (a) from the surface and reverse surface both tissues 5, 9 and the doup yarn 10, and the fabric is dyed and then steamed.
