Abstract:
PURPOSE:To increase the rigidity of the titled heat transfer elemental bodies and to prevent these edges from cracking by performing the spot welding of the laminated multilayer heat transfer elemental bodies of a regenerative heat exchanger at plural places to integrate these. CONSTITUTION:The heat transfer elemental bodies 2 and 3 are subjected to the spot welding 23 at the plural places thereof from both sides by plural welding heads 13 and welded to each other and integrated and formed to a couple of heat transfer elemental bodies. By this method, resultantly, the height of the heat transfer elemental bodies is extended up to H' and further the elemental bodies are formed to the structure with increased strength as the structural bodies. By this method, since the rigidity can be increased, the amplitude at the time of vibration of the heat transfer elemental bodies can bee extremely reduced than that of the single heat transfer elemental body.
