Abstract:
The invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular to a method for producing liquid metal contacts used for power switching devices. The inventive method consists in producing a core from a refractory metal, in reducing said core in a vacuum furnace in a hydride hydrogen atmosphere and in successively impregnating it with three metals: stannum (Sn), indium (In) and gallium (Ga) in the hydride hydrogen atmosphere in three stages, each of which lasts for 10-20 minutes, therein the impregnation of the core with the liquid stannum is carried out at a temperature of 750-1150 DEG C, with the liquid indium at a temperature of 750-100 DEG C and with the liquid gallium at a temperature of 700-900 DEG C, the amount of liquid metals is selected proportionally to the eutectic composition and the core void volume. Said invention makes it possible to improve a metal wetting.
