To provide a three-dimensional fiber structure which can be used as a suitable reinforcing material for producing a curved beam or one of fiber-reinforced composite materials used in a state circularly connected to each other.
This three-dimensional fiber structure 11 is formed in an I-shaped cross-sectional form from a fan-like plate 11a and plates 11b, 11c formed at both the ends of the fan-like plate 11a, and is curved at a constant curvature in a longitudinal direction. The three-dimensional fiber structure 11 is formed in a shape capable of forming a ring, when a plurality of the three-dimensional fiber structures 11 are connected to each other at both their longitudinal ends. The three-dimensional fiber structure 11 is formed by binding a plurality of fan plate-like three-dimensional structure intermediates 12 with binding yarns 13 in a state laminated in the thickness direction, while leaving the circular peripheral portions, and then bending the circular peripheral portions not bound with the binding yarns 13 in a direction perpendicular to the fan-like plate 11a.
