Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost and the man-hours and to improve the variety by forming a seamless resistance control belt by cylindrically melting and extruding a resistance control agent dispersion material by using an extruder and an annular die. SOLUTION: 100 Parts of polysulfon resin, 15 parts of conductive carbon black as a resistance control agent and 400 parts of monochlobenzene are uniformly and sufficiently dispersed into a polysulfon resin as a binder component by means of three rollers, and dried in vacuum to obtain a resistance control dispersion material. Further the obtained material is granulated to prepare a raw material for molding of particle size of 1-2 mm. The raw material for molding is charged into a hopper 120 of a monoaxial extruder 100 for extruding the same to obtain a molten matter while adjusting a set temperature within a range of 330-350 deg.C. The molten matter is provided with a diameter of 350 mm and a thickness of 150 μm as the final dimension. Further it is cut by a belt width of 330 mm to obtain a resistance control seamless belt 190.
