Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute a MRP in a short period by parallelizing facility allocation.SOLUTION: A production planning device 1 includes: a control section for extracting, as a period group, a commodity item group that can be produced in an individual division period of commodity item facility data 14 correlated with a facility group that can produce the commodity item group, for each division period of division period data 13, so that there is no overlap in commodity item between a certain commodity item group and another commodity item group and so that there is no overlap in facility between a certain facility group and another facility group, extracting, as an order group, a period group correlated with an order for zero piece and more, and distributing the extracted order group to any of plural processing sections, to cause each processing section, to which the order has been distributed, to allocate an order included in the order group to a facility.
