To surely carry out requested processing on a mail having contents requiring change/deletion of a schedule for improving schedule information automatic creation function.

An analysis processing part 31 performs morphological analysis on a mail in response to storage of a new mail in mail information 15 and extracts a schedule expression word. An abstract expression analysis part 33, which is actuated when a schedule expression word necessary for creation of a schedule is not defined, transforms the undefined schedule expression word into an absolute expression. In this transformation processing, a reference source mail of a mail to be processed is extracted from a mail information file by using the analysis processing part 31 and an inter-mail relationship analysis part 34, and an expression matching the undefined schedule expression word is extracted from the extracted mail.
