PURPOSE: To provide a highly efficient noncontact power supply facility.
CONSTITUTION: A bracket 32 provided with hangers 31 projecting at predetermined intervals and having a surface applied with paramagnetic amorphous tape 30 is disposed along a guide rail B, and an induction line 34 connected with a sine wave resonance inverter is laid in a duct 33 stretching across the tips of the hangers 31. A coil 36 resonating with the frequency of the induction line 34 to induce electromotive force is fixed to a body V being guided along the guide rail B while opposing to the induction line 34. Electromotive force induced in the coil 36 of the body V realizes noncontact power supply to the body V even under traveling and the paramagnetic member laid oppositely to the induction line 34 on the bracket 32 increases electromotive force to be induced in the coil 36, enhances power supply efficiency, and suppresses eddy current in the guide rail B and the bracket 32, resulting in the enhancement of system efficiency.
