To provide stock management, a system for providing guarantee service for stock amount at delivery destination, and its method for achieving efficiency of stock management at a delivery destination customer and a delivery company and eliminating waste to ensure profit of both of them by letting the delivery company have a burden concerning performance and responsibility of stock management.
A commodity storage vessel 20 is provided at a use place of service user, and the delivery company guarantees management of commodities in stock and predetermined stock amount. A commodity distinguishing radio tag 51 storing commodity information is added to the commodity 50. The commodity distinguishing radio tag 51 of the commodity 50 stored in the commodity storage vessel 20 is read by an antenna of a radio tag reader 21 provided in the commodity storage vessel 20 to transmit the commodity information read through a communication network 60 to a stock management server 41 of the delivery company, update data base 42 by the server, and output information of replenishment and exchange of the commodity 50 by comparison with reference number of stock and reference period of use set in advance.
