Abstract:
To provide a pulsation damper even with a small size capable of securing a proper supporting force of a diaphragm damper.SOLUTION: A pulsation damper housed in a case has: a diaphragm damper sealing gas inside; and a first support medium 11 and a second support medium arranged between the case and the diaphragm and holding the diaphragm damper. The first support medium 11 has: annular holding parts 11b, 11c provided at their peripheral edges and holding a peripheral edge of the diaphragm damper; a center contact part 11h provided at a center and contacting the case; and plural elastically deformable beam parts 11f, 11i defined by plural openings formed annularly aligned between the annular holding parts and the center contact part with the center contact part as a center, held by the annular holding parts 11b, 11c at one end, and held by the contact part 11h at the other end.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
