Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily control a pulse signal with high accuracy, even at the change of a target specification, such as a pulse signal period to be generated.SOLUTION: A clock generation part 44 generates a first to a fourth clock signal having periods of T-T. A periodic signal generation part 56 generates, from the first to the fourth clock signals, periodic signals in which pulses occur at the period of a PWM pulse signal. In each period, a first detection part 72 detects a timing in which the number of pulses of the first clock signal, having a period corrected by a first correction part 70, reaches a first instruction value, and also, a second detection part 80 detects a timing in which the number of pulses of the second clock signal, having a period corrected by a second correction part 78, reaches a second instruction value. The pulse generation part 86 generates each PWM pulse signal having a signal level changing in each detected timing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
