Abstract:
PURPOSE: To estimate the corrosion of the structural material which is brought into contact with acid solution in a plant for treating the solution or particularly a spent nuclear fuel reprocessing facility.
CONSTITUTION: The product of the corroding velocity of an atmospheric pressure boiling state, the corrosion acceleration rate of dissolved chemical seed, a welding process influence correction value, a temperature correction value and an operating mode correction value is estimated as the corrosion velocity in a plant to be diagnosed. A diagnostic system estimates the corroding velocity and the corrosion state by using material information 1, operating information 3 and medium information 5, and outputs the estimated result.
