Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce pressurizing capability required for a press which drives a metal mold for punching.SOLUTION: A metal mold for punching in which a first punch and a second punch are provided on a common punch plate, and which punches a work-piece by use of the first punch and the second punch. The first punch and the second punch are so located that timing, at which a first punching load added to the first punch becomes maximum when the first punch punches the work-piece, and timing, at which a second punching load added to the second punch becomes maximum when the second punch punches the work-piece are different from each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
