Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube closing assembly facilitating handling of the assembly when partially cutting a closed liner.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a tube closing assembly comprising a tube head including a neck and a closed liner for sealing the neck; and cap (7) provided with at least one teeth (25), and punch (9) configured to cut a circumference of the closed liner (12') using the at least one teeth (25). The cap(7) moves from a position referred to as a flushed position, where the at least one teeth part (25) is flushed with the closed liner, to a position referred to as a boring position where the at least one teeth part (25) bores the closed liner (12'), and then, further moves from the boring position to a move end position enabling a partial cutting of the closed liner (12'), wherein the move from the boring position to the move end position is done in an angle range less than 360°.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
