Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perforating roller having an enhanced perforating property with respect to a nonwoven fabric, by using a perforating roller with pins on its outer periphery and a counter roller.SOLUTION: The perforating roller includes an outer peripheral part provided with perforating members 80 having a tip portion 81 for piercing a nonwoven fabric and gradually expanding the pierced hole to perforate an expanded hole, and rotates in a prescribed rotational direction. The tip portions 81 of the perforating members 80 are inclined to be positioned more on a downstream side in the rotational direction of the perforating roller as a respective center of cross sections crossing the gradually expanding pierced holes approaches a piercing direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
