PURPOSE: To simply and rapidly assemble a sound shield panel.

CONSTITUTION: Sound shield panels 4 are attached to cross bars 3 which are connected together by an L-like angle 2 at a corner part at which two surfaces defined by the two shield panels 4 are joined, and a corner pillar 1 has two surface making contact with the end faces of the sound shield panels 4, and is formed therein with a plurality of through-holes 1a in which stud nuts 1c are fitted, push bolts 1b being inserted in the nuts 1c. Further, the corner pillar 1 is made into press-contact with the adjacent sound shield panels 4 by pressing the front ends of the push bolts 1b against the inner corner part of the L-like angle 2.
