Abstract:

To provide the quality control method for an assembly line, the method being flexibly adaptive to change in the operation organization of the assembly line and thereby always stably and surely judging the quality of an operation and a work.

Information related to a work W, information related to assembly stations 10 to 40 instructed to apply an operation to the work W, information related to an operation which the assembly stations 10 to 40 have been instructed to apply to the work W and information related to the quality target of the operation are written in a storage means 1, and the work W mounted with the storage means 1 freely attachably and detachably is carried in the assembly stations 10 to 40 instructed to apply the operation to the work W, and the operation information is displayed by the assembly stations 10 to 40, and the quality result information of the operation performed by an operator X is written in the storage means 1 based on the operation information, and the quality target information and quality result information written in the storage means 1 until the work W is ejected from an assembly line L are compared with each other, so that normal/defective quality can be judged.
