Abstract:
To provide a quality prediction system that is superb in versatility.SOLUTION: A quality prediction system 1 includes a model production unit 73 that regards as an explanatory variable a feature quantity of condition data detected by a first detector 13 at every processing step and acquired via a control device 12, regards as an objective variable quality related data relevant to the processing quality of a workpiece subjected to grinding processing, performs machine learning using a training data set including the explanatory variable and objective variable, and thus produces a learned model, a model memory unit 81 that stores the learned model produced at every grinding step, and a quality prediction unit 83 that predicts the quality of the workpiece using the learned model and condition data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
