Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat dissipating member that has superior boding strength between a metal layer and a graphite layer, and has a thin bonding layer.SOLUTION: The heat dissipating member includes a laminate that laminates the metal layer and the graphite layer via the bonding layer, wherein the bonding layer is formed by a composite including a polyvinyl acetal resin. The composite further includes a thermally conductive filler.
