Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the risk of short circuit of wiring on an array substrate caused by a moisture prevention body.SOLUTION: A radiation detector 11 comprises: an array substrate 12 in which photoelectric conversion elements are two-dimensionally arranged on a glass substrate 16; a scintillator layer 13 which covers the region in the array substrate 12 where the photoelectric conversion elements are arranged and converts radiation to fluorescence; a moisture prevention body 15 which is a metal molding and has a flange part 50 facing a part surrounding the scintillator layer 13 on the array substrate 12; an insulation layer 61 which covers at least the array substrate 12 side of the flange part 50 of the moisture prevention body 15; and an adhesive layer 40 which bonds the flange part 50 and the array substrate 12 by being interposed between the flange part 50 of the moisture prevention body 15 and the array substrate 12.
