Title:
A radiation imaging apparatus and a method for controlling the same
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP6109374
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately perform FPN correction by reducing a noise component.SOLUTION: A radiation imaging device includes: a voltage source for generating reference voltage; a radiation imaging sensor that includes a plurality of arranged pixels, each of which includes a photoelectric conversion element for generating electric charge to store the electric charge, a sample-hold circuit connected to the photoelectric conversion element, and a switch for connecting the voltage source with the sample-hold circuit, and reads out a signal held in the sample-hold circuit depending on intensity of radiation; and control means for controlling, according to reception of an external synchronization signal for ruling timing for resetting the photoelectric conversion element, the photoelectric conversion element's storage of electric charge, the sample-hold circuit's hold of a signal depending on the electric charge, and read-out of the held signal. The control means repeatedly controls the switch in order to hold a signal depending on the reference voltage in the sample-hold circuit in a period in which no storage and read-out are performed until the reception of the external synchronization signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
