Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology advantageous to improvement of reliability of a radiation imaging apparatus.SOLUTION: A radiation imaging apparatus includes a base, a sensor panel arranged on the surface of the base, for generating a signal corresponding to an entering radiation, and a flexible wiring board connected to the sensor panel in order to output the signal, and further includes a coupling member for coupling the flexible wiring board to the side face of the base. The coupling member can be deformed so as to allow movement of a part coupled to the side face of the base, of the flexible wiring board.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
