PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radical-polymerizable composition that provides an excellent surface drying property and adhesiveness to wet surface.SOLUTION: Provided are: a radical-polymerizable composition characterized in containing an urethane(meth)acrylate (A) comprising an urethane(meth)acrylate (A-1) having a structure derived from polybutadiene-polyol (a1-1) and an urethane(meth)acrylate (A-2) having a structure derived from polycarbonate-polyol (a1-2), a radical-polymerizable monomer (B), cyclodextrin and/or a derivative thereof (C), and an unsaturated polyester (D); a concrete repair material obtained by using the same; and a primer for road.
