Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily realize efficient use of radio resources among radio base station devices.SOLUTION: A network system comprises a plurality of radio communication devices and a plurality of radio base station devices which establish radio connection. The radio base station device comprises: means which monitors reception signals for each radio resource to hold observation data of the detected signals in time series; and means which divides the held observation data by at least combinations of the radio resource and corresponding radio base station device or peripheral radio base station devices, in order to set the respective divided pieces of observation data as analysis processing units, and performs analysis processing of use states of the radio resource by the respective radio base station devices on the basis of the respective pieces of observation data in analysis processing units.
