PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system, a control device, an optimization method, a radio communication device, and a program that optimize a beam configuration in a radio communication network.SOLUTION: A radio communication system 200 according to the present invention includes: a control device 210; and a plurality of radio links 230, 240 that are placed in a region where the control device 210 is in charge of the optimization of a beam configuration and that are each capable of independent communication. The control device 210 includes: a setting unit 222 that sets an antenna parameter set to the plurality of radio links 230, 240 in the region where the control device 210 is in charge according to search-type algorithm; and an evaluation unit 226 that evaluates the antenna parameter set which is set by the setting unit 222 on the basis of radio wave radiation at each of a plurality of radio links in the region of responsibility in the situation of an interference radio wave occurring from one or more radio links 260, 270 placed in an adjacent region neighboring to the region of responsibility.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
