PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio control device which can efficiently use radio resources.SOLUTION: A radio control device 1 comprises: a transmission determination section 2 for outputting transmission notification information to notify that a data frame is transmitted to another terminal; a reception determination section 3 for outputting reception notification information to notify that an ACK frame is received from another terminal; a time information calculation section 4 for calculating an ACK response time TA until reception of the ACK frame after transmission of the data frame, on the basis of the transmission notification information and reception notification information; and a parameter adjustment section 5 for adjusting an ACK Timeout time, on the basis of the calculated ACK response time TA.
