Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactor having a magnetic core made of a composite material and excellent in productivity.SOLUTION: A reactor 1 includes a magnetic core 3 formed by combining a first divided core 31 and a second divided core 32. The first divided core 31 includes a first outer core portion 3C and first insertion portions 31a and 31b provided integrally with the first outer core portion 3C. The second divided core 32 includes a second outer core portion 3D and second insertion portions 32a and 32b provided integrally with the second outer core portion 3D. The first insertion portions 31a and 31b and the second insertion portions 32a and 32b are arranged in the direction crossing the axial direction of winding portions 2A and 2B, inside the winding portions 2A and 2B, whereby inner core portions 3A and 3B arranged inside the winding portions 2A and 2B are formed. On one end surface side of the winding portions 2A and 2B, the first divided core 31 and the second divided core 32 are formed with separation portions 3AG and 3BG spaced apart in the axial direction of the winding portions 2A and 2B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
