To provide a support apparatus for reclamation in a waste disposal plant formed at the ground, and provided with a recess-shaped reclamation region for waste opening toward the upper part and a water shielding sheet laid at the slope of the edge part of the reclamation region, which prevents the phenomenon that the water shielding sheet is damaged at an early stage due to occurrence of slack caused by thermal expansion in the water shielding sheet so as to improve service life of the water shielding sheet.

The waste disposal plant is formed at the ground 3, and is provided with: a recess-shaped reclamation region 4 for waste 2 opening toward the upper part; and a water shielding sheet 7 laid at the slope 5 of the edge part in the reclamation region 4. An air blowing device 25 feeding compressed air 24 to the inside of the water shielding sheet 7, and making the water shielding sheet 7 be swelled out to the outer part is provided to the plant. When the waste 2 is charged to the reclamation region 4, the water shielding sheet 7 is swelled out, and the slack 7b of the water shielding sheet 7 can be removed.
