Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording device which enables a user to combine and store a moving image generated by combining a still picture and a dynamic picture and music through simple operation.SOLUTION: Control means controls processing means in such a manner that moving image data for storage is generated from a still picture file and a dynamic picture file that are designated, in accordance with a storage instruction of one moving image data item generated from the still picture file and the dynamic picture file which are designated among still picture files and dynamic picture files recorded on a recording medium, and the moving image data for storage generated from one designated still picture file and one designated dynamic picture file and main music data stored in a nonvolatile memory are combined while being compressed. The moving image data for storage with which the main music data have been combined is recorded on the recording medium as a moving image file and at a predetermined position in the moving image data for storage, the main music data is changed into fade music data and combined with the moving image data for storage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
