PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, device and program for executing the consistency confirmation of transmitted health data with a small memory use amount.SOLUTION: Name information associated with hierarchical information showing a hierarchy to which the highest segment belongs among a plurality of segments included in health data is acquired from an OBX map stored in a consistency confirmation map storage part 14, and respective name information of the plurality of segments associated with the name information acquired from the OBX map is acquired from an identification map stored in the consistency confirmation map storage part 14. The device includes a health data consistency confirmation part 15 for determining that transmitted health data is in consistency in the case where the respective name information of the plurality of segments acquired from the identification map coincides with each name information of each segment associated with the same vertical relation, included in the received health data, and determining that the transmitted health data is not in consistency in the case where the respective name information does not coincide.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
